The FLEX takes 33MP photos and 1080p video with sound, and streams them to the SPYPOINT app.

In addition to the standard photo and video modes, you can also select time-lapse, or time-lapse+ mode.
In Time Lapse+ mode, the camera takes the scheduled photos at intervals, but also takes photos when the motion sensor is triggered, so you don't have to worry about missing anything.
