Sometime the balance of some cameras with their telephoto lens is terrible; this item reduce the vibration during the shot.

It is suitable for 200 mm or 300 mm telephoto lens, which don’t have any support.

It is fixed in two places: one on the camera the other on the telephoto lens. You’ll be able to change the speed of the shutter.
