This Gitzo Reversible Tripod Screw of 1 / 4-20 "and 3/8" -16 allows you to attach virtually any head to your tripod. Install it into the collar of your tripod with the 1/4 "-20 stud on the top to secure the heads with a corresponding 1/4" -20 thread, and invert it to accommodate the heads with a thread of 3 / 8 "-16.
