The JJC TTL FC-E3 hot shoe cord mounts on the accessory shoe of the CANON camera, the FC-E3 hot shoe mounts on the flash bracket via the threaded insert and the flash mounts in the shoe of FC-E3. The FC-E3 retains all on-camera functions (including E-TTL II) for a CANON Speedlite used off-camera.
